Delivery & Returns

 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.95 (Free when you spend £30)
We aim to dispatch your products within 24 hours of your order. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Delivery can sometimes take up to 5 working days from order. 

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order.


If your parcel will not fit through the standard letterbox and no-one is available to accept your delivery, your parcel will be held at your local sorting office for collection. If in the event your parcel has failed to be collected, it will be returned to us and unfortunately there will be a further charge in order for us to ship the items to you again.


UK EXPRESS DELIVERY - £5.95
We are now offering an expedited 1-2 working day delivery service.
Please note, Express delivery are only available for orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday (not including bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following working day. 


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Lily England can deliver worldwide! All orders are tracked. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday

Europe and Ireland 5-14 working days from £7.95
USA from £5
Canada £9.95
Worldwide 7-14 working days from £9.95


Standard Delivery times:
Western Europe: 5 - 9 days
Rest of Europe 7 - 15 days
USA: USPS 3 - 10 days
Rest of the world: DHL 5 - 15 days
Please note : In country customs may cause delays at any time.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control of these charges, so suggest you check first what import charges may apply before ordering. 

RETURNS POLICY
Though we hope you will be very happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges of unwanted and unused items within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at support@lilyengland.com 
Unfortunately we're unable to cover the cost of return postage on unwanted items.
Simply return your products within 30 days of receipt of the products, unused and in their original packaging. We suggest you obtain proof of postage in case your return gets lost.
