This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is between you and Jaykay Trading Ltd ("Seller") and sets forth the terms and conditions for your participation in the Seller's affiliate program (the "Affiliate Program"). The Affiliate Program shall be facilitated via Levanta Inc. ("Levanta"). In this Agreement, "you" or "your" means the individual or business applying via the Levanta Platform to participate in Seller's Affiliate Program.

By clicking "Apply" or accessing this affiliate marketing platform, you confirm acceptance of this Agreement.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

• Must maintain an active Levanta Platform account
• Must provide accurate, up-to-date information
• Seller reserves right to accept/reject applications
• Communications will be sent to registered email address

2. Affiliate Links & Commissions

• Only properly formatted affiliate links qualify for commission
• Commission paid on confirmed, non-returned orders only
• Payments processed monthly for earnings over £50
• Commission void on unauthorized discount codes or Rescinded Transactions

3. Promotional Guidelines

• Use only approved brand assets and materials
• No trademark bidding on "Lily England"
• Must comply with ASA/FTC disclosure guidelines
• No misleading claims about products/pricing
• No spam or unsolicited email marketing

4. Prohibited Activities

• No pop-ups/unders except on owned properties
• No forced clicks or unauthorized redirects
• No link farming or spamming
• No promotion on adult or inappropriate websites
• Must comply with CAN-SPAM Act requirements

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• Compliance with UK/EU data protection laws required

6. Term and Termination

• Either party may terminate at any time
• Seller reserves right to:
  • Modify commission rates with notice
  • Terminate accounts for violations
  • Change program terms as needed
• Upon termination, all Seller materials must be removed

7. Limitation of Liability

• No express or implied warranties regarding income potential
• Neither party liable for indirect or consequential damages

8. General Provisions

• Independent contractor relationship only
• Agreement may not be assigned without Seller's consent
• Seller may modify terms with notice
