Despite the box being labeled as "faulty" when it came there was a mere 1cm superficial tear on the outside of the box and the brushes are in perfect condition. They where half price but that is not the reason I bought them , I bought them as I have full faith in the quality of lily England's brushes after receiving some from family earlier in the year and I will 100% be buying from them again even if the products are listed as full price. These brushes (white and rose gold round barrel brushes and comb) are amazing and left my hair in amazing quality after using them.
